Just a heads up to let you know I will be exhibiting Mulberry Street vintage outdoor furniture at the upcoming (March 3-7) Southern Spring Home and Garden Show in Charlotte, North Carolina (www.southernshows.com/sss). The furniture will be on display in the Studio Cleary (www.scla.carbonmade.com) exhibition booth.
Ted Cleary, ASLA, has come up with an incredible mid-century modern home and yard theme. The house facade he’s designed for the space is reminiscent of the Eichler style complete with a carport and fireplace. Look for the 2-toned blue ’57 Chevy Bel-Air sedan in the car port. This exhibit will be so much fun to see, not only for the great design, but also because of all the vintage props Ted has collected to use in it. I hope we’ll see you there. I’ll be blogging more about it later. Meanwhile enjoy these sites and thoughts of spring.
