This beautiful vintage 60s chaise needs a new home. I have 2 other chaises being restored and about 12 other great pieces to go on the site soon. I need to make some room for storage.
These wipe-clean vinyl cushions are vintage and original. The back is a yellow fabric. Deco Before and After

When I first laid eyes on this beautiful vintage porch glider, I really had to use my imagination as I often do when deciding whether to purchase a piece or leave it to rust away. It’s always a hard decision to leave one. A friend, her husband and I literally had to dig this glider from the earth before we realized that it could not even stand on its own two feet. We traveled down the mountain during a sudden violent summer thunderstorm with the glider weaving and bobbing all the way to Charlotte. Once at the warehouse, I got a chance to look more carefully at what turned out to be the most unique, exquisite glider I have bought to date.
It was originally a beautiful blue, so I let that inspire me to recoat it in the similar, but updated hue, you see today. If you are looking for a unique treasure of a glider, this one’s for you. If I didn’t already have so many….
