We take enormous pleasure in our finished product here at Mulberry Street because we work so hard to give each piece of our vintage metal lawn furniture the best restoration possible. There are a lot of ways people redo these gliders and chairs. Some look good for a season or two. Some a little longer. Our mission is preservation. Our process is meant to create heirlooms, pieces of furniture your children and grandchildren will sit on and reminisce about you and all the good times you all enjoyed on this very furniture! We know some people like the distressed look in gliders and chairs, and we agree it is beautiful. But it means the furniture is deteriorating beyond repair. Our intention at Mulberry Street is to stop the deterioration and to restore these important, nostalgic pieces to their former beauty or even better. Our coatings will outlast the originals to preserve this furniture for future generations. I hope you’ll take a minute to check out our Process page for more details. Enjoy browsing. We’re taking pictures of our new pieces now and they’ll be ready for viewing very soon. Check back and thanks for coming!
